Order Processing
We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Options
We offer two convenient shipping methods to serve our global customers (excluding some Asian and remote regions):
- Standard Shipping ($12.95):
- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
- Best for customers who need their grill parts quickly
- Free Shipping (orders over $50):
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment
- Economical option for larger orders
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. Some remote areas may experience longer delivery times.
Returns & Exchanges
We stand behind the quality of our premium grill replacement parts. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase of burners, cooking grids, or other components, we’ll make it right.
Our Return Policy
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items in their original condition. Please note:
- Items must be unused, in original packaging with all tags and documentation
- Proof of purchase is required (order number or receipt)
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following once they’ve been installed or used:
- Gas valves
- Ignitors
- Venturi tubes
These components are critical to your grill’s operation and safety systems.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to return your grill parts:
- Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order.
- Get Approval: We’ll respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
- Package Securely: Repack the item(s) in the original packaging with all included materials. For heat plates and cooking grids, please use adequate padding to prevent damage during return shipping.
- Ship Back: Send the package to our Toledo facility using a trackable shipping method. We recommend insuring the package for its full value.
- Confirmation: Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund or ship your replacement parts.

Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Timing: Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receipt
- Method: Funds will be returned to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return results from our error
Note: Depending on your financial institution, it may take 2-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Exchanges
Need a different size burner or cooking grid? We’ll gladly exchange your item for the correct part:
- Follow the same return process above
- Clearly state in your email that you’re requesting an exchange
- Specify the replacement item you need (with product code if possible)
We’ll ship your replacement part as soon as we process your return, with no additional shipping charges for customers in eligible regions.
Damaged or Defective Parts
If your burners, heat plates, or other components arrive damaged or defective:
- Contact us immediately with photos of the damage
- We’ll arrange for a replacement at no cost to you
- In some cases, we may ask you to return the damaged part for quality inspection
