Our Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items in their original condition. Please note:

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging with all tags and documentation
  • Proof of purchase is required (order number or receipt)
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error
Non-Returnable Items: For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on gas valves, ignitors, and venturi tubes once they’ve been installed or used. These components are critical to your grill’s operation and safety systems.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to return your grill parts:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use our template below for faster processing.
  2. Get Approval: We’ll respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
  3. Package Securely: Repack the item(s) in the original packaging with all included materials. For heat plates and cooking grids, please use adequate padding to prevent damage during return shipping.
  4. Ship Back: Send the package to our Toledo facility (address below) using a trackable shipping method. We recommend insuring the package for its full value.
  5. Confirmation: Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund or ship your replacement parts.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Timing: Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receipt
  • Method: Funds will be returned to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return results from our error

Note: Depending on your financial institution, it may take 2-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Exchanges

Need a different size burner or cooking grid? We’ll gladly exchange your item for the correct part:

  • Follow the same return process above
  • Clearly state in your email that you’re requesting an exchange
  • Specify the replacement item you need (with product code if possible)

We’ll ship your replacement part as soon as we process your return, with no additional shipping charges for customers in eligible regions.

Damaged or Defective Parts

If your burners, heat plates, or other components arrive damaged or defective:

  • Contact us immediately with photos of the damage
  • We’ll arrange for a replacement at no cost to you
  • In some cases, we may ask you to return the damaged part for quality inspection
